Approve Award of Contract for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Renovation in Buildings T and EE at Tampa Bay Technical High School |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for renovation of the HVAC system serving buildings T and EE at Tampa Bay Technical High School. District staff selected Engineering Professionals, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The project scope includes replacement of selected HVAC duct, air handling units and rooftop cooling equipment serving Buildings T and EE. The new equipment will be connected to the existing energy management system and cooling plant serving the remainder of the campus. |

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes) | |
Total funds in the amount of $500,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage. The contract amount being awarded is $496,000. |
