Recognition of Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union and Toyota of Tampa Bay for Attendance Alliance with Hillsborough County Public Schools and Support of Students with Perfect Attendance K-12 (Instructional Support Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Thirteen years ago, Deputy Superintendent Beth Shields initiated an annual attendance incentive program for schools that meet or exceed the district goal of 96% student attendance. This year seven students will be recognized and receive awards for achieving 13 years of perfect attendance. Those students are:
The district would also like to thank and recognize our community partners, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union and Toyota of Tampa Bay, for their support of our students with exemplary attendance. |

• Increase promotion rates at all grade levels and the percentage of high school graduates • Motivate students to become responsible learners | |

Funds totaling $800 from the Part 1 budget were used to provide this recognition. | |
EVALUATION | |
At the end of each school year, the Supervisor of Attendance will conduct a search of the district's student database to determine seniors who qualify for the Perfect Attendance Award K-12. | |
