Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the personnel listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective June 12, 2013.  The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the initial School Board action.

• Robert L. Berman, Bus Driver – Transportation:  Suspend Without Pay for One Day.  On May 3, 2013, dropped off a kindergarten student at her house with no parent or guardian present.
• Lalonnie T. Hall, Bus Rider Transportation:  Termination of Employment.  Entered into a Pre-Trial Intervention program due to her March 12, 2013, arrest for Fail To Return Hired or Leased Personal Property, a felony.
• Daniel Joseph, Bus Driver – Transportation:  Suspend Without Pay for One Day.  On April 24, 2013, released a kindergarten student at her bus stop with no parent or guardian present.
