Approve the Agreement for Technical Services with Cross and Joftus to Document the Change Process for Hillsborough Principal Pipeline (Administration Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The six pipeline districts receiving funding from the Wallace Foundation have been asked to document the change process for the Principal Pipeline initiative during phase one in order to learn lessons and share those lessons with colleagues. The lessons will also assist in leading the change for phase two of the initiative. Each district has been given specific steps to follow and documentation to complete as part of this action step. Cross and Joftus have first-hand knowledge of many of the changes implemented as part of the Principal Pipeline. They have worked with the district to design the leader competency framework and selection and hiring practices for school administrators. They have been selected to document the change process in four of the six pipeline districts. | |
