EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
School Board Policy Section 6331, Construction Contracting delegates authority to the Superintendent for award of contracts for minor (costing between $10,000 and $300,000) construction, renovation, repair and remodeling projects. The policy requires an annual report to the Board of contracts awarded. The report (Attachment A) identifies contracts awarded or completed during the 2012-13 school year. The report includes both completed projects and those awarded but not yet complete. A summary of change orders associated with these projects is included at Attachment B. Projects were advertised via Vendor Bid or accomplished using construction managers on the District's approved Continuing Services Consultants list. |
