EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employee listed below is recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective August 14, 2013.  The employee is entitled to due process, which affords her the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the initial School Board action.

  • Elizabeth Nieto, Production Coordinator - Webb Middle School:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested July 19, 2013, and charged with Conspiracy To Commit Insurance Fraud, Fraudulently Presents A False Statement – 4 counts, and False Statement In Support Of Insurance Claim, felony charges
