EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employee  listed below is recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective August 14, 2013.

  • Jose Berrios, Teacher - Giunta Middle School: Suspend without pay, as a result of the State Attorney's Office filing a charge of Simple Battery, a misdemeanor charge.  This involved a Hillsborough County Public School student.
