Process For Student Registration And Verifying Student Residency
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this workshop is to review the process of address verification for student registration as requested by the School Board.  The Student Residency Forms attached defines the student enrollment process.  The residency forms received School Board approval on July 17, 2012.  Also included are page 7 of the FHSAA Handbook regarding residency and a slide presentation that will be presented at the workshop.
