EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Superintendent's annual evaluation for the 2012-2013 school year has been completed. The School Board members rated the Superintendent on nine standards and she received 204 points out of a maximum 315 points, an overall "Satisfactory" on the point range rubric. Percentage rating results by individual categories were: 34% Outstanding, 49% Above Satisfactory, 6% Satisfactory, 2% Conditional, and 9% Unsatisfactory.
The Superintendent's contract states, "If the evaluation of the Superintendent reflects an average of eighty percent (80%) satisfactory performance of her duties by a majority of the Board, the Board shall extend the Superintendent's Contract for one (1) year from the termination date of the contract and any extensions in effect at the time. In accordance with the language in the Superintendent's contract, the length of her contract is automatically extended one year. The compilation points summary of the Superintendent's evaluation is found in Attachment A. Evaluation comments are reflected in Attachment B. |
