Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employees listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective October 9, 2013.  The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the final School Board action:

• Lazaro Busto, Custodian – Maniscalco Elementary School:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested and charged with Trafficking In Illegal Drugs 4 to 14 Grams and Conspiracy To Traffic In Illegal Drugs, felony charges.
• Ashley M. Ervin, ESE Attendant – Middleton High School:  Termination of Employment.  Arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery With A Deadly Weapon, a felony charge.
• Tracey E. Seenath, Property Control Clerk – Property Control:  Suspend Without Pay.  Arrested and charged with Aggravated Stalking, a felony charge.
