SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Renewal of Hold Harmless Agreement Memorandum of Understanding with the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School Board has an agreement with Girl Scouts of West Central Florida that allows them to use school facilities countywide for the purpose of meetings, activities, and fundraising activities.  The term of this agreement is January 1, 2014, to December 31, 2014.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety including students, employees, visitors, facilities, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  No)
The School Board does not charge this organization a rental fee for use of school facilities.  They are required to carry liability insurance to cover the use of our facilities.  The School Board will be held harmless from liability and listed as “additional insured” on the insurance policy.
