| Accept Statement of Work with Convergence Consulting Group (CCG) for the Teacher Evaluation Data Management System and for the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting System (Information and Technology Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| This statement of work is for professional and technical services needed for continued development and enhancement of the district’s Teacher Evaluation Data Management System and the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting System, including our Teacher and Principal Dashboards. Major projects in this statement of work include creating custom student groups in dashboard reports, reducing runtime of dashboard reports, enhancing override tracking and summary reporting, and developing auditing reports to monitor and sustain the integrity of inquiry periods.
A detailed statement of work document is attached. The terms and conditions currently in place with the Convergence Consulting Group Master Services Agreement apply. |

| This agreement represents $2,079,900 of consulting services by CCG. Funding for the services specified in the statement of work is from the Empowering Effective Teachers Grant. CCG services are provided on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses. | |
| EVALUATION | |
| Human Resources and Information Services staff will evaluate the consulting agreement with CCG based on the accuracy and timeliness of the deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work. CCG performance is monitored daily by staff and is reported during weekly status meetings and project plan reviews. | |
