EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for replacement of selected roof areas at Kenly, Robinson and Burney Elementary Schools and Marshall Middle School. District staff combined the requirements into a single project and selected Roof Engineering Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 2, 2013, the Board awarded the contract for construction to R.F. Lusa & Sons Sheetmetal, Inc. The design professional advises that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
