Val-Ed is a 360-degree assessment, to be taken by the principals, teachers, and the principal's supervisors to ensure optimal feedback to the principals.
Evaluations will be performed in 231 schools. This agreement is for one year, beginning March 19, 2014, and terminating on March 18, 2015. In accordance with the Florida Department of Education (DOE), Purchasing Policy 6A-1.012(12)(d), commodities or contractual services available only from a single source may be exempted from the competitive solicitation requirements.
