SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Agreement for Technical Services with Agile Sports Technologies, Incorporated (dba Hudl) (Instructional Support Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We request approval of the agreement with Agile Sports Technologies Incorporated, dba Hudl, to provide a web-based software platform for all high school athletics.  With this service, coaches can upload, edit, annotate, store, and share video for the purposes of competitive preparation, scouting, and college recruitment.  Each coach is provided their own unique log-in information and password so access to the team's video is restricted to intended users.  College recruiters can access player highlights and game videos without the coach having to send video for each and every player and college that requires it.  This agreement will begin upon approval and will expire in one year.

Total costs of $68,573 will be paid using Athletics purchased services funds, project 6406.
EVALUATION
An evaluation will be included in the annual review of General Athletics Protocol.
