EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The new Florida Standards, adopted by the Florida State Board of Education in February 2014, will prepare students for success in college, career, and in life by emphasizing analytical thinking.
Hillsborough County Public Schools supports the full implementation of the Florida Standards for the 2014/2015 school year and is focused on providing teachers, administrators, parents, and students the support needed for a successful transition. |

• Increase promotion rates at all grade levels and the percentage of high school graduates • Demonstrate consistent and effective teaching methods • Motivate students to become responsible learners • Challenge and support all students with an appropriate curriculum | |
