| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc. is currently under contract to provide design services for miscellaneous projects on a continuing basis. As a result of the recent name change, the firm has requested that their agreement for the referenced services be amended to reflect the legal name of RS&H, Inc. |
