Approve Acceptance of Project for Water Intrusion Correction at Oak Park Elementary School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Water intrusion at Oak Park Elementary School required remediation and implementation of corrective action to prevent further intrusion. District staff selected C.B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc., and Gilbane Building Company from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services for a project to accomplish the needed repairs and remediation. The project scope provided for removal and replacement of delaminated stucco and all sealants; exterior painting and limited interior painting; new walkway coatings; new drip flashings at window and door heads and new metal hoods over exterior wall louvers; and corrections to window flashing. |
