Final Report from Sunera LLC - Information Technology Assessment (Information Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On September 10, 2013, the School Board accepted the highest ranking proposal by Sunera LLC from an RFP for a comprehensive information technology assessment.  The goal of the assessment was to determine how the district can best support its increasingly sophisticated technology needs, both now and in the future.  The assessment included an analysis of the people, processes, and technology that support the district's varied information technology systems.  This report provides the district with a strategic roadmap and specific recommendations to address the gaps between the current state and designed future state of technology.
