SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the settlement of claim of George L. Olmo vs. Hillsborough County School Board, Case No: 8:13-CV-1789-T-35AEP according to the terms of the attached settlement agreement and authorize the Chair to execute the agreement.  Although the release was executed on March 6, 2014, it was not received until after the deadline for agenda items for the April 1, 2014 Board meeting.
