Approve Acceptance of Project for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Cooling Plant Renovation at Memorial Middle School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for renovation of the HVAC cooling plants serving Memorial Middle School. District staff selected RHC and Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provided a new central cooling plant to replace separate obsolete cooling plants serving different buildings. The new plant also provides chilled water to the Hillsborough High School field house, immediately adjacent to Memorial Middle School. |
