Approve Award of Contract for Roof Replacement at Apollo Beach Elementary School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for replacement of the roof at Apollo Beach Elementary School. District staff selected Roof Engineering Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of the existing roof. |

Total funds in the amount of $1,150,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage. The contract amount being awarded is $1,149,781. |
