| Approve Renewal Contract for Categorical Funding with the State of Florida, Department of Health, Hillsborough County for School Health Services. (Instructional Support Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| This contract renewal is in effect July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015. Categorical funding is provided annually through the state general revenue dollars and used to fund Registered Nurse (RN) school nurse positions, fringes, travel, and training.
It is the practice of the State of Florida, Department of Health to sign any negotiated contract after School Board approval. |

| Funds in the amount of $485,802 from the General Appropriations Act, Human Services Budget (State of Florida General Revenue Dollars) are used to fund RN school nurse positions, fringes, travel, and training. | |

| The annual report and plan are submitted to the State of Florida, Department of Health. Data is collected from monthly reports submitted by school nurses. | |
