| Accept the Proposal from ImageTech Systems, Inc. - Request for Proposal (RFP) #14045-DST IBM Content Manager Upgrade (Business Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| On June 11, 2014, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with the Information Services Department, issued an RFP for the IBM Content Manager upgrade. IBM Content Manager On Demand archives Lawson jobs and serves as the repository for the Teacher Evaluation Verification Reports program. IBM Content Navigator replaces IBM Enterprise Information Portal (E-Reports).
Three firms responded and a committee consisting of Employee Benefits, Payroll, and Information Services representatives read and discussed the proposals, and recommended awarding to the top-ranked firm. The term of the contract shall be until completion of the project, which is estimated to take 16-20 weeks for configuration, installation, migration, and integration. |

| EVALUATION | |
| Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the existing contract. | |
