Approve the Job Description for Senior Executive Secretary II. | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
It is proposed to reclassify two executive secretary positions to this new job description. The two employees are charged with complex, confidential secretarial duties which exceed the job responsibilities and work load of an executive secretary. They possess knowledge of organizational policies/procedures and negotiated contract language that effectively supports the General Manager’s advanced administrative duties.
The employees are assigned to the General Manager of Employee Relations and the General Manager of Professional Standards. |
