Approve the Name Change of the Division of Student Services and Federal Programs
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
It is proposed to change the name of the Division of Student Services and Federal Programs to the Division of Academic Support and Federal Programs.  The name change speaks to the purpose/function of the division.  The division's organizational makeup will continue to be a critical part of the district.  The rationale is to avoid confusion with reference to student services and better align with the function and purpose of how this division will support student academics.
