| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| On June 10, 2014, a motion was passed to bring an agenda item to the school board to discuss and vote on the approval of a financial auditor which would be hired by the board. The school board attorney, as requested, will provide a legal opinion regarding the board’s ability to hire a financial auditor, followed by discussion and a vote.
