EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this memorandum of understanding is to establish an agreement between HCPS and YMCA concerning their respective roles and responsibilities.  The HCPS and YMCA have partnered to provide school-age care since 1981.  For 33 years, the strength of this collaboration has ensured quality care for students and families in our community.  This 2-year memorandum of understanding is in effect August 19, 2014, through August 18, 2016.
