Approve Agreement with Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for the 2014/2015 School Resource Officer Program (Administration Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The School Board annually approves an agreement with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) for the placement of School Resource Officers in our secondary schools. The agreement is administered by HCSO for the 2014/2015 fiscal year. The participating law enforcement agencies in the School Resource Officer Program pay 50 percent of the program cost.
HCSO requests the School Board chair signature to be the first signature on the agreement to acknowledge acceptance of this contract prior to the county's final signature. |
