Approve Acceptance of Project for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Renovation at Hunter's Green Elementary School |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for renovation of the HVAC system at Hunter's Green Elementary School. District staff selected KPI Engineering, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 10, 2012, the Board awarded a contract for construction to Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
