Approve Acceptance of Project for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Renovation at Trapnell Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for renovation of the HVAC system at Trapnell Elementary School.  On December 11, 2012 the Board appointed Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects, Inc. to provide design services.  The scope of work provided for renovation of the HVAC system, including a new energy management system.

The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

• Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay:  Local Millage.
