Approve First Amendment to Reciprocal Use of Facilities Agreement Between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Tabernacle of God Christian Church at Essrig Elementary School

On December 13, 2011, the School Board of Hillsborough County entered into a Reciprocal Use of Facilities Agreement with the Tabernacle of God Christian Church located adjacent to Essrig Elementary School.  The Church has been using the school's parking lot for overflow parking during events held throughout the year and the school has been doing the same at the Church property.  The initial term of the Agreement will expire on December 13, 2014 and both the Church and school have requested that the Agreement be approved on a perpetual basis, with both having the right to terminate with thirty (30) days written notice.

All other terms and conditions of the original 2011 Agreement remain in full force and effect.

Approval of the First Amendment to the Reciprocal Agreement for the Use of Facilities between the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Tabernacle of God Christian Church located adjacent to Essrig Elementary School will have no financial impact to the School Board.
