Joint Resolution 68 (Attachment II) supports the young Americans of today to be ready to lead the America of tomorrow. A Presidential Youth Council will further the objective to teach the next generation the importance of civic engagement and allow them to actively participate in the political process. It will give young Americans an avenue to advise the President and Congress on issues related to youth.
