Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement, Revised ESP Salary Schedule, and Memorandums of Understanding with the Classroom Teachers Association (HCTA)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A Salary Agreement (Attachment A) has been reached with the HCTA Teacher and ESP Units retroactive to July 1, 2014.  Revision to the existing ESP Salary Schedule to include the elimination of four levels (Attachment B), and Memorandums of Understanding (Attachment C).
