Approve Renewal Agreements with Officials Organizations for Athletic Contests, 2014/2015 (Student Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We request approval of the negotiated renewal agreements with the following organizations:

  • West Coast Umpires Association (WCUA) to provide baseball officials for scheduled high school contests - $34,580
  • Hillsborough County Umpires Association, (HCUA, LLC) to provide softball officials for scheduled high school contests - $26,505
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Demonstrate best financial practices • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety including students, employees, visitors, facilities, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Total funds of $61,085 are included in the Student Services Division,  Athletics Department budget.
