EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Executive Officer, Human Resources Compliance, is a new position created to handle the district's ever increasing task of complying with federal and state laws. The overall goal of this position is to eliminate educational barriers, provide equal educational and employment opportunities, and oversee the compliance of policies. This position will work with the Office of Employee Relations to serve as support to the Office for Civil Rights, the Office of Equal Opportunity, and other state and federal governmental agencies.
This position will be advertised and filled in accordance with the Human Resources Management and Development System. The detailed job description is attached. |
