| Approve the Agreement for Technical Services with Prismatic Services Inc. for the Evaluation of the School Climate Transformation Grant (Information and Technology Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| This agreement is required to meet the evaluation requirement of the School Climate Transformation grant. Prismatic Services, Inc. was selected to serve as a third party project evaluator based on their responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP) 11143-DST Program Evaluation Services. The RFP process provided an opportunity for all interested evaluators to apply as potential Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) program evaluation providers.
The School Climate Transformation grant is one of three "Now is the Time" federal initiative grants awarded to HCPS for improving school climate and safety. The purpose of the grant is to expand and enhance the school-level implementation of the Multi-Tiered System of Support: Behavior (MTSS:B). Executive Summary continued on Attachment A. |
