e-Cubed Creative, Inc. will provide digital coaching services to assist with the development and delivery of training sessions for the project at Thompson Elementary School, Ferrell Girls Preparatory Academy and Franklin Boys Preparatory Academy.  Teachers will have an opportunity to design lessons after receiving professional development related to digital learning.  e-Cubed Creative, Inc. staff will provide coaching support to enhance lessons and future planning.

Following the coaching sessions, teachers will put into practice what they have learned. Using a lesson study model, they will meet in professional learning communities for conversations about delivering digital content, infusing technology, and modifying lessons as needed.
