Per recommendation of the Superintendent, the employees listed below are recommended for the following disciplinary action, effective January 21, 2015. The employees are entitled to due process, which affords them the opportunity to request a grievance hearing after the final School Board action:

• Andrea E. Bird, Security Officer 2, Security Department: Termination of Employment. Material falsification of information.
• Shaneka S. Mack, Bus Rider, Transportation: Suspend Without Pay. Arrested and charged with Fail to Return Hired or Leased Personal Property, a felony charge.
