| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The original three-year cost reimbursement contract (October 1, 2012, through September 30, 2015) provides child care services for refugee families resettling in Hillsborough County. Refugee clients are referred for service by local resettlement agencies under contract to the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The purpose of Amendment #0007 is to update the contract manager’s information; replace the Fee Table (Exhibit B); insert revised Sliding Fee Schedule (Exhibit C); and renumber the pages within the contract. These changes do not affect the funding amount.
DCF requires the School Board’s signature, as the subcontracted agency, to acknowledge acceptance of this contract prior to their final signature. |

| This contract and any amendments and/or renewals made a part, thereof, are audited by DCF during the performance of said contract. Funding is provided by federal dollars, which flow to the Early Childhood School Readiness Programs to purchase child care in Hillsborough County for refugee children. There is no district-generated revenue used for this purchase. | |
