EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The American Press Institute has partnered with the Tampa Bay Times and Hillsborough County Public Schools to celebrate the development of life-long readers and support of literacy instruction by providing educational resources to our schools, teachers, and students during the week of March 2-6, 2015.
