EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This agreement provides contracted analytics development services necessary for the Student Behavior Academic Tracking System, including the development of a data dashboard report for identifying early warning signs linked to student behavior.  Tec-Link, LLC qualified as an Information Technology (IT) Services vendor through the qualification process defined and awarded in the January 2014 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #13073-DST IT Supplemental Staffing.   In December 2014 Invitation to Quote (ITQ) #2230-IT Supplemental Staffing Statement of Work (SOW) was released requesting a Cognos developer to the qualified RFQ vendors.  Tec-Link, LLC provided the lowest and best response to the SOW.  The RFQ process provides an opportunity for all qualified vendors to apply as potential Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) providers for IT supplemental staffing.
