Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at Cannella Elementary School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for replacement of the roof at Cannella Elementary School. The scope of work included removal and replacement of the existing roof. District staff selected Roof Engineering Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On November 19, 2013, the Board awarded a contract for construction to Roof USA (FL) LLC. |
