| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| This Memorandum of Understanding permits Healthy Schools, LLC, to provide licensed healthcare workers to supply and administer the influenza vaccine to students in compliance with current guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
School district staff registered nurses will oversee and assist with coordination of the flu vaccine program on school campuses. It is the practice of The Florida Department of Health, Hillsborough County, to sign all documents after School Board approval. |
