Approve Perpetual Easement for the Operation and Maintenance of Stormwater Facilities and Irrigation Lines with Encore Community Development District at the Future Meacham Middle School Site Within the Encore Downtown's Tempo District |
|
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On December 9, 2010, the School Board of Hillsborough County and the Central Park Development Group, LLC and Encore Community Development District (CDD) entered into an agreement for the development of the Encore Project (attached for reference). As part of the Agreement, the School Board consented to have the Meacham school site included within the CDD, but exempted the School District from payment of fees associated with the services and/or infrastructure within the Encore project. Encore has installed the stormwater and irrigation facilities and provided tie-ins for the School District to connect when Meacham is constructed. This easement allows Encore to access the school site for the maintenance and operation of these facilities. |
