Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Roof and Rooftop Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment Replacements at Chamberlain High School and Adams Middle School |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for replacement of selected roof areas and rooftop HVAC units at Chamberlain High School, and selected rooftop HVAC units at Adams Middle School. District staff combined the requirements into a single project and selected Woodroffe Corporation Architects and Williams Company Tampa from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work includes replacement of the roof and rooftop HVAC equipment on several buildings at Chamberlain High School and replacement of additional rooftop HVAC units serving the band and chorus building at Adams Middle School. Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for August 2015. |
