EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Florida Department of Education declares the month of April as School Library Month. This celebratory month provides opportunities to highlight school library contributions to Florida public education.
Research studies conducted in 19 states, including Florida, have found that school library programs make a measurable difference in student academic achievement. School library programs prepare students for lifelong learning and enhance their reading enjoyment. |
