Approve the Agreement for Technical Services with Crock Leadership Associates, LLC (Student Services Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Crock Leadership Associates, LLC, will develop curriculum and training modules to create a school-based Instructional Leaders Academy. Crock Leadership will also facilitate train-the-trainer activities with materials for all trainers and participants.
The training modules will address the foundational skills of leadership and will provide authentic and reflective activities at the end of each course. Current Student Success Coaches will be given priority in the 2014/2015 academy, helping them transition into a new role and responsibility of creating successful outcomes for a selected group of students. The development of the academy will address the Florida Department of Education’s priority to develop the capacity of principals and other school-based leaders, to improve instruction by providing professional development to all school-based instructional leaders in the future. |

Funding for this project will be paid from the Florida Department of Education Performance Adjustment Grant in the amount of $69,200. | |
EVALUATION | |
Program services are evaluated by the participants through pre- and post-surveys on each module attended. Quarterly reporting will be submitted to the Florida Department of Education for the length of the grant. | |
