| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for exterior painting and building envelope renovations at Corr, Collins, Folsom and Valrico Elementary Schools. District staff combined the requirements into a single project and selected C.B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. and Vogel Bros. Building Co. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work includes window, sealant and stucco repairs; walkway traffic coatings; and exterior painting at each school.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for August 2015. |
