Approve Citizen Member Appointment to the Value Adjustment Board (VAB)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The VAB requires the attendance of a School Board Member to establish a quorum at their meetings. The current representatives to the VAB are Chair Susan L. Valdes and Cindy Stuart serves as alternate. The Board also appoints a citizen member to the committee. Ron Dyser served last year and has agreed to continue to serve in that capacity for another term.
